Kohtla-Järve Lasteaed Tareke , Estonia

Kohtla-Järve Kindergarten Tareke was founded in 1986.
Kindergarten work hours are 7 am - 6 pm from Monday till Friday.
In kindergarten are 10 classes: 2 classed for small children (1-3 years); 6 classes for children from 3 to 7 years old; 2 classes for children with special needs from 3 to 7 years old.
In kindergarten are speech therapists, musician teacher, physical education teacher, robotics teacher.
Different educational robots (such Bee bot, Qobo robot, Blue bot, Dash dot, Matata robot ets), SMART boards, LEGO bricks are using in educational and training activities. Through robotics, children develop computational and logical thinking skills, which help in reading and mathematics, leading to better educational outcomes.
Kindergarten Tareke is a member of the Network of Health Promoting Kindergartens.
Since the 2019, kindergarten Tareke is joined to the environmental education program "Eco-Schools". In 2020 the kindergarten has been awarded Eco Schools Green Flag of environmental education activities.
The kindergarten has joined to the projects: "Free of Bulliyng”, "eTwinning". The kindergarten is a winner of eTwinning projects and has the "eTwinning school" mark for the second time.
